A 3% solution of HydroLock and water will degas and clean a UST rapidly, reducing the concentration of vapors below the Lower Explosive Limit (LEL)

It is excellent for cleaning or vessel decommissioning and can even be used for soil remediation, since it is an encapsulator agent.
